Mirror Mii provides AI customer digital twins that help brands test ideas before entering a new market, and measure the results of their marketing campaigns.

Comments & User Interaction

When visitors leave comments on our site, we collect the data shown in the comment form, as well as the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent to help detect spam.

Media Uploads

If you upload images to the site, avoid including embedded location data (EXIF GPS). Visitors may download and extract this data.

Google User Data (Google Analytics and Google Search Console)

Mirror Mii lets you connect your Google Analytics 4 property and your Google Search Console site so that we can show your campaign results inside Mirror Mii.

What we access. When you connect, we request read-only access (analytics.readonly and webmasters.readonly) and read data only from the property or site you select. We read aggregated metrics only: sessions, page views, visitors, key events, search impressions, clicks, click-through rate, average position and top search queries.

How we use it. We use this data only to display your campaign and website performance in your Mirror Mii account and to compare it with your campaign plans. We do not read personal information about your site visitors, we never change your Google Analytics or Search Console settings, we do not use this data for advertising, and we do not sell it.

Sharing. We do not transfer Google user data to third parties, except to the infrastructure providers that host Mirror Mii as needed to provide the service, or when required by law.

Storage and deletion. Access tokens are stored securely on our servers. You can disconnect at any time in Settings › Connections; disconnecting revokes our access with Google and deletes the stored tokens. Aggregated metrics already imported remain in your account until you ask us to delete them through our contact page.

Limited Use. Mirror Mii’s use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Who we share your data with

If you request a password reset, your IP address may be included in the reset email. We do not sell or share your data with third parties unless required by law.

Data Retention

  • Registered user data is stored in user profiles. Users can view, edit, or delete their personal data at any time (except usernames).
  • Comments and metadata are stored indefinitely for follow-up approvals.
  • Admins can also view and edit this information.

Your Rights

You can request:

  • A copy of the personal data we store about you.
  • Deletion of your data (excluding data required for legal, security, or administrative reasons).
