These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of Mirror Mii’s AI-powered assistant services (“Services”). By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

License
Mirror Mii grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Services for your business purposes, subject to these Terms.

Updates
You are entitled to receive service updates and improvements as long as your subscription is active.

SMS Messages

  1. You consent to receive sms message(s) when subscribing to sms notifications, scheduling reservations, placing an order, etc. You can learn more about SMS Communications in our Privacy Policy. (https://www.mirror-mii.com/privacy-policy/)
  2. You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just reply “STOP” to our SMS messages. After you send the SMS message “STOP” to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just opt-in as you did the first time and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.
  3. If you are experiencing issues with the messaging program you can reply with the keyword HELP for more assistance, or you can get help directly at https://www.mirror-mii.com/contact/.
  4. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
  5. As always, message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Message frequency varies. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.

All content, voice models, designs, and technologies provided by Mirror Mii are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reuse any part of the Service without written permission.

Pricing
Pricing is subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to update or discontinue any service or feature without liability.

Payment
All payments are securely processed via third-party platforms. You agree to provide accurate payment info and authorize Mirror Mii to charge your preferred method.

Prohibited Activities

Unauthorized Use
You may not use Mirror Mii for any illegal or harmful purposes, including but not limited to fraud, spam, malware, or harassment.

Reverse Engineering
You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or extract any source code or system logic from Mirror Mii.
